Where is MOVA located?

MOVA Weddings offers virtual assistance to clients around the world. If you are seeking onsite wedding coordination, or an in-person consultation, please contact us; this may be available for an additional cost.

What hours does MOVA work?

As a VA agency dedicated to providing flexibility to both our clients and team members, we do not have standard working hours. Please reach out to us any time of day (or night) and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. We currently support clients in the U.S. and Canada, and our team works across numerous time zones.

How do I know which package is right for me?

We recommend reviewing each of the sub pages (under the Services tab) dedicated to our unique packages. If you review these and still are unsure which option is best for you, book a free consultation with us and we can help you determine which package makes the most sense for your planning needs and budget.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing varies depending on which package you’re interested in. We work with clients with many different budgets, and our coordinators will do our best to customize your package to accommodate your needs. Prices start at $200 for the DIY Bride package, and range up to $3500 for full scale wedding planning.
